Florista FAQs

  • We need 48 hours to prepare your order. You can schedule what day you’d like your order to be ready at checkout.

  • We are located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Pickup address will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

    Operating Hours:

    Mon-Fri: 3pm-8pm

    Sat-Sun: 10am-4pm

  • We deliver to all of NYC between 3pm and 8pm. Fees will vary based on where you’re located, what time you need them, and how big your order is. Delivery fees will be a separate and additional cost. Alternatively, you can arrange delivery via Uber Connect.

  • Yes! Please note that once you place your order, we need 48 hours to design, source, and prepare. You can schedule your pickup date at checkout.

    Pickup hours (In Bed-Stuy):

    Mon-Fri: 3pm-8pm

    Sat-Sun: 10am-4pm

  • 1. Start with clean vase, fresh water and flower food

    2. Remove any leaves that will be under the waterline

    3. Change water and trim stems every 2 days

    4. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight

    5. Remove stems as needed

    Enjoy your flowers!

  • Items with no apparent defective elements do not qualify for a refund/change of order for the reason of “client’s change of mind.”
